The story was actually contained mixed of Task of the 'Choice of betrayal' and the 'Invasion', but the art only portray half of it.

Story:

Xia He didn't participate in the announcement in the library Zero by Grace, et al, so she didn't know about the infiltration plan to release the beast. At the time of the invasion basilisk to khadroman and afterward for the Asaroti Festival, Xia He was in khadroman.

After Xia He performed the dance in the Asaroti Festival, she went to check the beast prison. At there, she met one of the intruders, Cess, who was disguised as a khadroman. They were having a quick battle with the draw result.
Later Cess explained the reason for infiltration into khadroman and tell invasion by two beasts that occurred in two different worlds, trying to persuade Xia.
Cess explanation turned out to stimulate the memories about the beast invasion nightmare in Xia He's head.
'How could your story was exactly as in my dream?' Xia asked with wonder at Cess.

Xia He was not fully convinced by Cess's words yet and keep having argument with her.
Suddenly Xia He's brother whom she had not seen for almost a year, Qing Yuan Zhen, appeared in front of her as the intruder's ally.
While she was shocked by her brother's appearance, Qing Yuan took the opportunity to make her unconscious and bring her to their headquarter.
When Xia He woken up, the infiltration to khadroman was already finished. She feels betrayed, angry, yet hopeless.
Though she can't prevent the disaster in her clan, Xia He determined to release their guardian beast of clan from Pandemonia and joined the infiltration to Pandemonia.
